Real Estate Goals
About 3 months ago, I started "Panvesting", a Christian organization that focuses on the rehabilitation of communities - starting with the buildings to the people who live in them. I’m using the vehicle of Real Estate investing to fund "affordable" properties and programs for those who still need a little bit of extra attention with life.
My plan is to use wholesale buying to gain enough capital so that I can buy and hold properties.
I plan to rehab the properties and lease them at very affordable rates to those who need help.
I plan to develop financial education programs so the owner not only knows what they’re getting into, but they UNDERSTAND what it means!

I am working alone, but I am in the process of building a unique team that will help drive this company to the top!

Hi Tara, just wondering how everything is going for you in good'ol Rancho Cucamonga. I came back from Japan about a month ago, which stopped my Real Estate Investing for about a year. Now I'm back and ready to start on new projects similar to what you're doing :) It'd be nice to network or talk about some of our ideas together.
Thank you for the add. I must say after reading your REAL ESTATE GOALS section - I absolutely love the way you think. My husband and I are also Christians and have much much bigger goals than the 'average' investors we meet. We hope to one day give more than we live off of (while still living well, of course) and focus on not only giving to worthy causes such as churches, missions trips, veterans, homelessness, etc- but also to have properties that can accommodate and be affordable to those in need. God bless you for doing things in the name of God! And I pray for your success =)
