I am a professional investor who resides in NC. I do most of my business in the Atlanta, GA area, where I own many properties.

Real Estate Experience

Began my real estate career 9 years ago, as a mobile home salesman for Oakwood Homes.

I left Oakwood to get into the mortgage business and for 7 years, I ran my own shop.

At one time, I practiced real estate brokerage on the side, but I was not a very good agent! I never liked splitting my commissions!

Got into real estate investing in 2005.

Currently have cash flowing holdings in Charlotte and Atlanta and continue to build my portfolio. I am just getting into wholesaling on the side.

To continue to acquire good properties that generate great cash flow, while learning the art of wholesaling.

Currently Seeking

Always seeking a good deal in the Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC metropolitan areas.

I key on 3 BR 2 BA SFRs located in suburban areas, but have been known to do other kinds of deals.

My core buying parameters are:
3/2 in suburban areas
Price points no higher than $45000
Repairs not to exceed $10000
ARV at least $90,000
