After 17 years operating and managing my family's business, I have moved on and have reactivated my real estate license in Pa.
Experience
I had first earned my real estate salesperson license in 2005, but was only able to be involved part-time due to the family business. I am now a full-time agent with Keller Williams. I have been investing in real estate since 1997 in one form or another.
Real Estate Goals
As an agent, I would like to reach a minimum of $10million in volume per year. As an investor, I would like to purchase at least one long term investment property per year. I would also like to invest in notes, and become a hard money lender within the next 5 years.
