I've been investing in New Haven county Ct since 1992. I buy and hold 2-6 unit properties and also buy,fix and sell houses.

I primarily buy me rentals in low income areas (the hood) but I have bought in war zones also. In 06 and 07 I unloaded some of my war zone properties by doing exchanges into low income areas. I gave up cash flow for less head aches.

Well, its hard flipping now, but its getting to be prime duck hunting season in Ct. for rental property and I've got one more real estate cycle in me!
