Sorry it's taking me so long to reply. leave your comment on my page, and I'll get an email notification. Yea, Notre Dame football sucked bad (as everyone in the country saw) I've been morning the season for a few months now. I haven't flipped anything for a while; just buying and holding onto rentals. I built a credit builder program that should get most of my single family tenants qualified to buy in the next few months. The problem is that the values are still way too cheap.

Pickerington is on the far east side of Columbus. It's Buckeye country! The market is good here, lots of great deals in central ohio. I'm a fix and flip guy, but buy and hold is starting to look a lot better to me.

Matt, Way to go on your first flip! Most people don't have the fortitude to try it, and even more don't ever get them sold! Where's Pinkerington OH? Is the market good there? What have you done in the past to find homes for flipping? Are you wanting to find some buy and hold stuff for cash flow in OH? Thanks - Dan
