I've been a real estate broker for 29 years. Not selling, acting designated broker for Realty Connection, LLC Have been rehabbing for 7 yrs. Back at it after coming out the other side of the crash!!! and I love to fix and flip.

29 Years as a realtor/broker. Not actively selling but I'm the designated broker for Realty Connection, LLC. Have been investing in real estate since June 2004. Have had fix and hold rentals. Spent most of 2004 - 2007 in fix and flips until the market died. Back at it 2010.

Real Estate Goals

To keep informed of every aspect of the market in order to be the best designated broker possible. To get back into investing (fix, flip, wholesale)on a full time basis in the East Valley of Phoenix area and Prescott, AZ.

Currently Seeking

Info on all aspects of picking up property at deep discount in the $150K to $300K range. 1990+ built property. Looking for good handyman, painter. Have the rest. I act as my own GC. Love to interact with other people in the field.
