I've been a real estate broker for 25 years. Have been rehabbing and have some rental properties. I love to fix and flip but having trouble with the flipping part so I'm just now getting into wholesaling, which is pretty new and doing short sale listings. Moving to an area of town that's loaded with classey older homes in need of rehab.
