I am based out of the California Central Coast, have experience in construction, construction management, land development, environmental inspections, and property management.
I will soon have my Ca. real estate broker license and am interested in buying and rehabbing rental properties, buy & hold, fix & flip, and wholesale in markets throughout the country.
Experience
I have extensive experience in construction, construction management, and land development projects including residential tracts, custom & spec homes, commercial & school (K-12 & Higher Ed) construction, and property management.
I hold a B.S. in Construction Mangement, and recently completed a minor in real estate to qualify for the California DRE broker's license.
Real Estate Goals
My goals are to be a full time real estate investor, developer, and wholesaler inculding buy & hold, fix & flip, and redevelopment.
