Cash buyer actively purchasing SFR in the North/Northwest Phoenix AZ area. I am looking for new sources to buy property from.

I am also source bulk REO for a few large hedge funds and am looking to buy direct from the seller.

I have been involved in SFR investing since 2002. Prior to that I was a computer programmer for 16 years with a bachelor degree in Computer Science.
