After wasting time and money on gurus, mentors, boot camps, etc, I developed my own niche and expertise. My primary focus is helping investors getting the best return on their money on Section 8 rentals. I believe Atlanta, GA is the best city in the country to invest right now. We are completing deals where investments under 70k are resulting in $1500-$1800 in monthly rents.

Experience

Started out doing Lease Purchase strategies with little success. Then tried my hand at rentals with lillte success.
Next I tried flipping and all projects have been successful. I now have my own Section 8 Atlanta strategy which has been very successful.
