I am a seasoned real estate broker, trainer and investor. I currently service over 50 Bank Clients and their REO's.

We have two offices and 29 Executives that serve Killeen, Fort Hood and the surrounding Central Texas communities.

Experience

I have been licensed since 1979 first in Arizona, now Texas. I have helped my clients to acquire and I have purchased many single family units.

I also have a property management company to service our clients until they are ready to sell.

We're a small office and we sell about 400 plus unit a year.

Real Estate Goals

My next goal is to build a small strip center for my Killeen office with about 6 lease tenants. Then I want to acquire a mini storage since we have a strong troop persence and the units in this town stay at capacity.
