Real estate investor just starting out. Found out about wholesaling and i am trying to gain as much knowlege as i can to wholesale full time and purchase some properties to buy and hold

I have been on the work side of flipping houses but never the money side. I am right now trying to decide which avenue would be best... wholesale, flip or buy and hold
Real Estate Goals
i would prefer to do all three areas of real estate investing and make this full time

Thats exactly what you do. post ads on craigslist, make flyers and post them at REI meeting...
