I'm currently looking for quality investment properties that cost less than $30K with minimal work required to rent out to good tennants. We're currently on our way to property #4. It helps to have a good Realtor and great business partner to make the journey fun.
Update (5-2011)---3 properties later... (owned outright by our LLC) and now looking for proprty #4.
Next major project is to secure funding from our bank or any other source....wish us luck.
I welcome all input, thoughts, insights that anyone may have.
