Retired as an ICU nurse Oct. 2006 to pursue REI. I also dabble in Multi Level Marketing.
Real Estate Experience
Started out buying SF properties then became intrigued with wholesaling. Due to the overwhelming requests of other investors to "pick" my brain, I have developed a coaching program that teaches others how to wholesale.
Real Estate Goals
To continue to grow my portfolio with commercial deals.
Provide quality teaching in a do as I do method with additional education of how others make wholeselling work for them.

Dan, Wow! Lots of questions. My buyers are from Philly, MD and Harrisburg. I have sold flips, rentals and multi units. I help my buyers with the contractor's. Do your buyers just stay around Reading, or do they go in other states as well? Are they looking for flips, cash flow, commercial? How do guys manage your contractors? Do you have reliable crews out there? Do you have a large network of people who offer services to investors out there? Are most of your investors from the Reading area, or out of state? God, that was an awful lot of questions. I only ask because I've thought about PA for investing. Thanks, Dan
I assist all of my buyers from start to finish with the deal. All of my deals come with a contractor's quote for work, Property Management quotes for rentals, Comps and much more.
