Hello Lamont, I hope to be able to contact you when we [my investment group] needs an investor. Can you give me a little background? i.e. - What is your area of concentration? How long have you been investing? When you choose a property is it usually a flip, buy and hold, or a little of both? Do you stage your properties prior to selling?
