In my own words...

I love meeting & connecting with other investors to share our deals and ideas. This is a great market to be in with so many opportuities. Let me know if I can be of assistance to you! I currently am focusing on wholesaleing, and have 2 short sales I did with partners. Also working with a direct person in the REO bulk arena. We get tapes in everyday, any where from 1m to 1b. Real Estate Experience

I went to NRU real estate investing college (yep I did) and took courses in short sales, wholesale, fore closures, multi family, and a few others, so I then had to focus on what I like best. I have completed 2 short sales with a partner, and I like wholesaling best, because it is fast & easy money. REO Bulk is now my favorite, and it is HOT!

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to earn enough by the end of the year to purchase a 100+ apartment or 2, and have a property management company take care of it. Also, my goal is to buy my own REO tape and help other new investors get started!

Currently Seeking

Looking for buyers and sellers of REO Bulk. I have been working with a direct rep in this arena, and it is exciting to put them together and $$$.
