1987 I manage for three years 146 unit apartment complex in Dallas Texans.

Every job of ever been done as a superintendent has been done one time or done early.

My real estate goals are simple. In the next two years. I plan to purchase 75 to 85 multimillion dollar Investment Properties.
Such as office complexes/apartment complexes/warehouses/mobile home Parks/many storage units/
All some looking for financing to purchase all of this commercial real estate.
