I am a full time real estate investor with a focus on REO wholesaling. I live in Virginia, but my markets are Raleigh/Durham, NC, Charlotte,NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. I am willing to pursue and put under contract properties anywhere in the USA if I have a serious cash buyer for that market. My husband and I are also general contractors in the state of Virginia. Started out doing rehab/flip and buy and hold . Focus this past year has switched to wholesaling to create cash for commercial investments and seller financing. My husband and I have been in the construction business for over 20 years. We are currently class A contractors in VA.
