I am a beginning real estate investor. Recently, I had completed a real estate course for my state. I am happy I did so because I learned so much about how to operate legally as an investo in my area.

I haven't any experience investing, yet. I am in learning mode. I am recovering from $25K debt from listening to the wrong people. So, I am taking things slowly this time around. Going back to the real estate investing basics.

I intend to get started investing, soon.
