Real Estate Experience

My current experience is limited. I've spent the last year and half learning the business by attending boot camps and participating in local real estate investment groups. I realized quickly that there is a learning curve to this business like everything else in life. Now I feel a lot more confident and have the resources to lean on if needed. The trick is networking. You have to continuely build on your network and things will start to happen.

Real Estate Goals

Purchases two to three 10 to 20 units apartment buildings in the next 18 mths. After the purchase, leverage the equity(refi / equity loan) in the buildings to buy more. I'm looking to create value after purchasing the building. Hold all investments and only implement a 1031 exchange if I have to sell to purchase a larger building
