Before the Collapse i flipped about 10 homes and owned another 5 or so as rental property. I got out of it for awhile and now I am ready to start investing again.

The sky is the limit. I am currently concentrating on Buy and Hold and will be looking for distressed properties to Rehab and rent. I will be looking to sell some of the rental property to other investors. Looking to buy as much as the law will allow!

Currently a few weeks away from starting again. Currently getting all my ducks in a row so that I may hit the ground running. Here to find advice on property management, strategies, etc.
