I'm a real estate wholesaler and rehabber, I also buy and flip properties and a member of Home Seller Assist program, where I buy and flip properties to pre-approved end-buyers doing double closings. In addition, I locate bulk REO'S, MTNS, non-performing and performing notes nationwide for investors and get 1% of the purchase price.
Experience
I have 15 years in building trades and have experience in buying fixer upper property, which I rehab, resale and flip to other buyers. In addition, I have experience in wholesaling and assigning contracts.
