In my own words...

Hi - my name is Nancy and my partner's name is Mark. We recently bought our 2nd investment property and have been in the re bus for close to 2 years. We are going to make this our full time careers eventually. We are currently buying and turning over property until we can buy and hold in California. That will be our retirement. We want to take advantage of this real estate market and make our dreams come true.

Real Estate Experience

We have been involved in real estate for about 2 years. It took us awhile to do our first deal but now we have 2 and want a whole lot more. We currently invest in Indiana. We are buying and flipping there and want to do the same thing here in California. Also during the last 2 years we have been educating ourselves by either attending seminars, reading books, going to real estate meetings in our areas and some not in our areas just to get a feel from others. I have been a student of Nouveau Riche Academy since 2005 where I have received my education and continue to receive my education.

Real Estate Goals

Our objective is to generate enough properties in California so that we can quit our jobs and eventually be able to retire. To do this, our game plan is to purchase as many properties using our private lenders money, flip the properties and repeat the process so we can buy and hold in California.

We have the properties, we rehab the properties, the properties cash flow every month, we put a tenant in them and provide prop. mgmt for one year and we provide a one year home warranty and they are good neighborhoods.
