I have invested in Real Estate for the past 31 years.(buy and hold) My last completed transaction: A 160 acre ranch nestled in the Trinity Mountains of California. this land is the culmination of years of planning and will be developed into a large scale Winery in the near future. I am presently selling a 21/4 acres, also in the Trinity Mountains of Calif. this small piece of land has a home, vinyards(specialty grapes), wine making equipment, orchards, pool. This small winery makes organic wine with no additives, or sulphytes just 100% grapes. I have also invested in deeds of trusts, land contracts, apartments, various small businesses, etc.

To put together enough sales through Real Estate investing, to finance two Foundations. Foundation #1: charity to help those who cannot afford to pay for their cancer treatments for whatever reason, to obtain funding so they may obtain treatment at a low or no cost. Foundation #2: charity, to build a music institute for children that will insure a top quality music education from ages 3 thru high school at no cost to students. A free music academy to boost all levels of education
