The Jordan Group is a real estate investment firm that assists sellers with creative strategies to sell SFRS. We fund REO and Bulk REO purchases. We are private note buyers also.

Experience

I began real estate investing in 1989 by brokering notes for private note sellers. I later began to assist private SFR sellers by showing them how to create mortgages to sell their homes via seller financing. I am also partner with a company that funds REOs and Bulk REO portfolios.

To become a company that can assist any and ally real estate investors in growing their companies.
