Experience

I have been in the real estate business for 8 yrs. I started out in the Atlanta, GA market and have since moved to the Montgomery/Birmingham, AL markets. I started as a contractor doing repairs, worked as a bird dog and wholesaler, and did my own deals while in Atlanta. I am currently working for a group of investors locating properties, overseeing construction and property management.

Real Estate Goals

To help investors find and acquire good deals and provide people in this area with good affordable housing. I would like to do 5-10 deals a month.

Currently Seeking

I have identified a need in this market for lower end housing and an exit strategy that makes it a good deal for investors looking at long term returns on there money. No quick cash here just solid deals.
I am currently looking for private money to fund deals and investors looking to buy and hold properties, that have tenets or owner financed tenets that they can manage or have them managed by our property management company.
