We have at the present have 8 single family homes in Memphis Tn. We are looking to purchase more investment properties in Memphis at are researching other areas of the country for future investments. We would eventually want to start invest in multi family units. We are interested in the Indianapolis area as we understand that it is a buy & hold type of market. We are looking for positive cash flow.
