An active full-time Realtor since 2005, I am interested in learning more about real estate investing. I am a member of the PHXREI real estate investor's group and and beginning a partnership with two other new real estate investors whose specialty ins finance.

I have experience in buying and selling short sales, working with first time home buyers, and have worked as an agent for real estate investors in the past. I have a general knowledge of remodeling and home improvement.

I am an active video blogger with a growing library of videos on a variety of real estate topics.

I am growing and developing my real estate business in the Phoenix Metro area. I would like to continue to improve my knowledge to better serve my clients, both Buyers and Sellers.

Ultimately, I would like to move into real estate investments with a focus on providing quality, affordable housing. Although my favorite projects are urban rehabs, I am also interested in suburban projects in the Phoenix East Valley.
