Hello Helena. My website is www.apexloanapproval.com. Are you a direct lender? I have a client who wants to purchase a bed & breakfast that she has been leasing in North Bend, Washington. The purchase price is $1,570,000. She needs $1,020,000 (65% LTV). She is coming in with cash (35% of the purchase price). The property is worth about $2.2 mil.
