The experience I have right now is being a landlord to my personal residence. It's not cash flowing, but it covers the mortgage. I am military and I rented it out when I got orders. I did this without researching other methods. I'm still happy with the decision though.

To learn as much as I can and then jump in the REI business and be very successful. I will eventually set up website and LLC, but right now I'm all about learning and trying a few things out.

A mentor, and as much knowledge as I can get out of this site.
