For 20 years I have been doing residential design and renovation projects for other investor/owners. I currently work in the commercial construction industry managing large publicly funded projects. I want to get involved in my own real estate investment projects as an owner or investor and have a lot of experience on both the design and construction side to offer.
Experience
My only experience in the industry is designing and building projects for others.
Real Estate Goals
I want to develop/purchase, own and manage my own properties or become a partner in real estate ventures with others.
I understand the industry from the construction side except how to make the right contacts and get started.
My goals include investing in multi family and retail properties in Connecticut for the purposes of generating positive cash flows and on the back end of the investment being an appreciating asset.
