Over 40 years professional experience in development, construction & consulting. Licensed GC. I have built & developed over 1500 single family residential, 500 multi-family, 2500 residential lots, shopping centers, office building, commercial land, re-developed many buildings, restaurants and street retail. My main interest now is commercial. I form LLC's that purchase old buildings & re-develop them into For Sale condos & For Lease.
