I have been a Southern California resident for 17 years. I am an effective negotiator. I am very familiar with San Diego County ( former resident of Rancho Bernardo), Orange County (former resident of Laguna Niguel) and Temecula (former resident of Redhawk). I have been an Marketing real estate agent for 5 years, assisting clients (mainly investors and other high-quality professionals) in attaining their personal real estate goals. I am also a US Navy Veteran. I stay up to date with the latest technologies to more quickly and efficiently service your needs.
