I've done so many things, it's hard to know where to start.

I've been in the Army, went to college and became a microbiologist, was a power-lifter, bodybuilder, own an insurance brokerage, was in real estate for one year 1989 (LOL..not a good year for a rookie with no mentor). I became a computer programmer (Certified Adobe Flex Programmer).... flew helicopters for a while (thought I might want to do it as a career, but found it was boring after the initial rush of learning to control the "almost" uncontrollable- lol)....Studied ad copywriting under Gary Halbert (Dan Kennedy's Mentor), Joe Sugarman, etc.. and I actually love marketing :-)

Experience

Got my license in 1990 ( I believe) became a star in my office (I've always been great at sales)... my broker put me in charge of all his listings (made the rest of the office very angry)... then he put me in charge of their new Commercial Property division... Things went really south as far as the real estate market and I was a 25 yr old man with ZERO savings and ZERO financial discipline. That was the end of my real estate experience.
