I love to buy and hold low-end rentals ($25K to $30K total investment) that I can rent for $500+ per month. Also do lease options and contract sales on houses to my buyers.

Also, some flips...but flipping houses doesn't make you rich.

Minimum goals for 2009 are to:
Add at least one long-term property each month
Add $1M in private money
Generate $100K from an unexpected source
Do six flips for cash

To make business operating systems even more efficient.
To increase the use of VA's in my day-to-day
To add additional sources of deals to at least double my deal flow for the year.
