Sean Dantes

I graduated from Bishop Mcgann-Mercy High School in Riverhead, NY in 2000 with a focus in business law, and entered the world of business by owning and operating a small home-based company. In 2004 I attended Long Island University in Southampton, NY and was thereafter accepted into their world transfer and exchange program. There I studied Liberal Arts and Economics in The United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.

I came back to the state, and in 2007 I entered the world of banking and finance. I became very interested in the way currency changes hands from company to company, and found that a business that is based on limited, easily defended assets or renewable assets will profit in any economic condition. Real Estate will always return to its fair market value as long as it is in proximity to basic amenities (despite a current down cycle). And once owned it can be leveraged, rented, and re-purposed.

The David Econ Company deals in the Wholesaling, Buying, Buy/Rent, and Sale of Real Estate in the Long Island, New York City, and Northern New Jersey areas. The companies short-term goals include establishing credibility in the real estate community as Wholesalers by closing deals for investors at prices far below Fair Market Value (FMV), building up enough capital to leverage a down payment of 10% per researched property, and Buy/Rent those properties to create a cashflow.

The companies mid-term goals include extend our marketing campaign to include mid-western states, hiring additional employes to look for deals in these locations, and buying as many properties as possible.

The companies long-term goals include buying and renting commercial, and residential properties in some of the worlds most iconic locations. We will eventually establish a foothold in our industry by trading on the NYSE. This will provide the boost of capital we need to leverage much larger opportunities.
