I was a licensed realtor in FL before making the move to GA and I think that real estate investment in this perticular period of time is the greatest thing to create wealth that has ever hit this planet.
Experience
I was a licensed realtor in South FL before moving to GA. A move to the Augusta, GA area, over a year ago, seems to be a positive one for my business.
Real Estate Goals
My investment strategy is to purchase low end SF houses and offer 18 - 22% of the asking price as an all cash offer; then wholesale the property to investor or retail the property with owner financing
