In my own words...
I'm a real estate investor in the Tampa Bay area. I deal primarily with wholesale properties from mid-priced to high end. I also have some rentals and rent to own properties in the central Florida area. I network with investors nationwide to assist in acquisition and sales of investment properties. I started out in real estate investing as a rehabber and landlord. I also have several years experience doing short sale negotiations. I now primarily work short sales and as a wholesaler.
