Procrastination is the Assassination of Motivation...

I was born and raised in Santa Monica, California. I did odd jobs and waited tables till I found out that by making points on a loan, you can become filthy rich. So I started doing loans 7 1/2 years ago and opened up my mortgage company 3 years ago. Everything was going great til I got slapped in the face in 2007 with the mortgage mess. Since then I have been wholesaling real estate and doing network marketing as a business.

Currently, I live with my beautiful wife and 1 year old daughter in Newport Beach, California. I enjoy surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, traveling, hanging with my family, and chilling out.

Real Estate Experience

I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 7 1/2 years. I owned my own mortgage company in Orange County, California from 2004-2007 until I got hit with the mortgage mess in 2007. Extremely frustrated with the mortgage industry, I shifted my attention towards Real Estate Investing, I've been actively involved in real estate investing for buy/hold for cash flow and fix/flip for profit as well as executing nationwide bulk REO packages 5MM-100MM for cash investors. I am turning wholesaling into a business as of now.

Real Estate Goals

I am currently assembling a team of experienced real estate investors and wholesalers that will provide a smooth turnkey solution for my buyers. My goal is to offer the highest rate of cash on cash return with the least effort and money from my investors. I want a business model in which everyone from the investor, seller, rehab crew, bank, escrow, title, etc is happy. Return investors and cash karma is the goal.
