I've been investing full time since 2002 after my fun with
Intel as a programmer. With my programming skills
I have gotten 2nd position in Google search for "we buy houses"
and 3rd position for "we buy houses coaching". That took
a lot of search engine optimization (SEO) work.
So, for marketing I'm using the internet and "we buy houses"
signs in the neighborhoods I would want houses in.
I'm only targeting median house prices which has dropped
to about $250k-$275k.
Now that you have a chance, please give me some ideas
and encouragement on what's working best for your investing...
