I started my real estate investing when I was a single parent making 8.00 an hour and over five years of active investing I was able to quit my job. I believe in real estate investing as an alternative to trading hours for dollars and help as many people as I can do the same. I wrote "No Excuses Real Estate" to tell people how I got out of the financial mess I was in and more importantly how others can too. I look forward to networking with all of you.
I currently own single family, multifamily, and commercial real estate. I normally buy distressed properties, rehab them and rent them out for cash flow. I have done lease options, wrap arounds, contract for deed, assignments, rent to own, flips, land development, coaching, and other forms of real estate investing.
My goal is to continue to aquire investment real estate and to help others do the same.
I'm currently looking for apartment buildings of 50 units or more in strong markets. I am also looking for private lenders to help fund quick purchases.
