I have worked in the insurance industry for 22 years from 1980 to 2002. During this time, I was sales team manager for International Netherlands Group. My team led the company in sales and customer retention in 1992 and was awarded a Gold Medal. This experience has helped me in developing strong communication skills which have followed me to the real estate industry. My career has been successful; however during those years I have been buying and selling real estate. I have also owned construction equipment, in which I sold to SWW properties in 2003 when the company was established. My current position with SWW Properties is General Manager/Owner. My most current development is Rock Springs Estates. The is a very unique property which has all underground utillities, riverfront and river access lots with an exclusive private gated boatramp. This property is located on the Oconee River in Laurens County GA.
