I am a successful Realtor located in Riverside, Ca. I am currently changing my focus to listing and selling Bank Owned Properties.I focus on assisting investors in purchasing rental property or move up property since flipping is no longer an option in this market here in Ca. Buyers are also becoming a large part of my business because of my connections with the Bank Owned Properties.
