I am a recovering lawyer who went to one of those crazy seminars about making quick cash in real estate and well... the rest is history. I have four great danes, two cats, a green parrot named Tookie and a husband named David. I make lots of money in order to give it away to animal rescue organizations. Oh and when I was 8 years old, my dad taught me how to ride a bike.

When I'm not laying around with the danes, I'm out finding deals that will provide the best return possible for my investors. I love my investors.

My current available properties are on my website, but I sell my best deals through my VIP list.

Experience

My first purchase was a 4plex in a low income neighborhood just outside of Charlotte in Summer 2008. Multi-family is a great way to learn how to manage properties for beginning investors. Recently, I've been working preforeclosures and selling them to other investors or listing them on MLS and selling them to retail buyers.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to generate cash from wholesaling residential properties to fund investments in small apartments and office space. Most of my deals come out of the preforeclosure market. With every deal, I strive to create value for my ultimate buyer (whether a retail buyer or investor) and at the same time leave the original homeowner and lender better off from having done the deal.

Currently Seeking

I'm looking for otther investors interested in buying SFRs in the Charlotte area or interested in partnering for commercial deals. Also looking for anyone with a 401K that is interested in earning a 10-12% return for short-term money secured by real estate at 70 % LTV..
