20 years of buying and selling property. Been thu several land development deals from land purchase to building the homes. Really good at finding property which can be improved and resold with little money invested. Mostly sweat equity and cleaning it up to sell.

Build out a totally green subdivision. 100% wood free homes. holding it for residual income. Repeat process over and over.

Currently Seeking

empty framed home subdivisions or mobil home subdivisions with all improvements in place just no residences. Central Texas area only. This is what I call the "Big Diamond in the Rough Area" Fort Worth to Austin to San Antonio to Houston then back to Dallas If it is in that general area I am interested.
