I came from Japan 7 years ago and became a real estate investor9 month ago. Mainly I am focusing on Short sales.

Real Estate Experience

Real Estate Goals

Focusing on Short Sales now. We are expecting 50-70 short sales a month. I will do some buy and hold single family house in the middle of this year and move to multi family dwellings by the end of this year.

Steve, what kind of values are you getting from the short sales in Chicago? I'm from South Bend about 2 hours away. When you want some income properties, this might be a better place to look. You can pick up places for about 20K per unit, and the income is very good. I use a mgmt company. They are pretty good. Tell me about the Chicago market? leave your response on my page. - Thanks Dan
