I have been in the real estate business for over 14 years. Starting off as a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty, I worked as a real estate agent for a few years. As a natural progression, I soon began doing loans as a mortgage broker as well. These opportunities lead me directly into real estate investing. I have personally bought and sold well over 4 million dollars in real estate during my tenure. I have practical experience with foreclosure, reo, short sale, fsbo, estate, and wholesale deals! I have done almost every type of deal imaginable (except) commercial.

Experience

In my 14 years in the business I have done some of everything. I was a real estate agent for about 3 years, a loan officer for about 5 years. Since then I have been mainly involved in the investing side. I've done rehabs, rentals, tax sales, reo's, estate sales, fsbo's, foreclosure sales and mitigation, short sales, and wholesale deals! As of lately, I have been inundated with short sales, foreclosure mitigation, and mainly wholesaling properties.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to systematize the successful aspects of my wholesaling business and to automate much of its' processes. I am also looking to leverage my 14 years of experience to expand my real estate consulting business as well.
