We are working with a group of investors purchasing multi-family properties throughout the country and are looking to meet other investors who are doing the same.
Experience
Between my partner and I we have been in Real Estate since 2005 (as an agent) We began really investing (not just reading about it) with small multi-families in 2009! We have 38 units in our porfolio currently.
Real Estate Goals
Purchase two 20 to 80 unit multi-family in 2012. We want to get the number of units in our porfolio over the 80 mark by the end of 2012.
