Currently licensed in 3 states: FL, NC, CO - experienced in 24 states and internationally. Previously held executive positions in corporate real estate (F200 corp $2B+ international assets) and institutional ($3B+ including REO asset management and dispositions). Currently working with motivated real estate sellers (discounters, lenders, foreclosure/REO, etc) and wholesale portfolio investors usually including FL properties.

Continuously licensed broker since '82. Corporate RE experience in 24 states in US, Canada, Australia and Europe. Financial Institutional executive experience. Over $2B in worldwide RE assets managed, leased, purchased, marketed, negotiated or sold.
