Carolyn: thanks for the listings, the number of properties was somewhat overwhelming. I am looking for a 2 bedroom condo or coop that i can rehab and rent for a buy and hold strategy. local property manager would be a plus. i am an all cash investor looking for a 20% cash on cash return in this area.your ideas on this are welcomed. thanks
