I am experienced real estate investor. I first started purchasing real estate 12 years ago. I know own several properties located through out the United States. I currently have private lenders that provide me several millions of dollars to purchase real estate. I offer great returns for my private lenders. I purchase REO's, short sales and any other discounted properties. I am currently looking for property that I can buy, rehab and flip for a profit. I JV partner with people that are experienced or inexperienced in real estate.

I am an owner/partner in Trilogy Property Solutions. Trilogy specializes in the purchase and sale of luxury short sales. We have over 50 million in funds to purchase luxury short sales.
